1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the www.myalpins.com website (the “Website”), operated by Myalpineelite OÜ.
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

2. Products and Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are VAT included, unless otherwise stated.
Cecile Srl reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product without affecting authenticity or quality.
3. Orders
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase one or more products. Orders are considered accepted only after an order confirmation email is sent by Myalpineelite OÜ.
Cecile Srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment irregularities, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
Payments may be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including credit or debit cards, digital wallets, deferred payment solutions, or other secure payment options.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. No additional fees are charged beyond those clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Italy to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the Website and during checkout.
For deliveries within the European Union, all prices are final and include applicable taxes. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order is dispatched.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Cecile Srl by email at cs@myalpins.com within the applicable period.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and complete with original packaging, tags, and authenticity documentation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, after verification of the returned items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
7. Warranty and Authenticity
Cecile Srl guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic and sourced through authorized or trusted distribution channels.
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Italian Consumer Law.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
8. Account Use and Fraud Prevention
Cecile Srl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, with immediate effect, in case of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Orders, benefits, or credits associated with such accounts may be canceled where appropriate.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tallin
10. RAEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 49/2014, consumers may dispose of used electrical and electronic equipment through authorized collection centers or retailers. Myalpineelite OÜsupports responsible recycling and environmental compliance.
11. Language and Validity
In the event of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
