1) Are the products authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% authentic sneakers sourced through verified supply channels. Every item is checked before dispatch to confirm it matches the listing (model, colorway, size and condition where applicable).

2) Do you sell outside the EU?

No. We currently sell and deliver within the European Union only.

3) Where do you ship from?

Orders are dispatched via DHL. Dispatch routing may vary depending on stock availability and fulfillment logistics, but tracking is always provided after processing.

4) Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order is processed, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at any time.

5) How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch. During peak periods or remote-area delivery routes, transit time may take longer.

6) Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually cancel or adjust it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and your request.

7) What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (EU consumer standard). Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

8) Are returns free?

Return shipping depends on the reason:

  • If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we cover the return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns (size preference, styling, etc.), return shipping is paid by the customer.

9) When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

10) What payment methods do you accept?

11) Do you offer exchanges?

To keep processing fast, we generally don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/model, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
