Shipping Destinations

We ship within the EU to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain.

Dispatch, Tracking & Delivery Time

After payment confirmation, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once shipped, a tracking number is provided within 1–2 business days.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Carrier

We ship with one of our logistics partners: DHL, UPS, SDA, TNT, GLS, FedEx, or BRT. The carrier is selected based on the delivery address and the fastest available service.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price for delivery.
All prices include VAT where applicable.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number in your message. We will reply with return instructions and provide a return label.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
