How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it in two ways:
- Email: Click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
- My Account: Log in and open your order details to view the tracking link/status.
What can I do if the tracking link is not yet live?
Please allow some time. Tracking usually becomes active after the parcel is received and scanned by the carrier.
What if the tracking link does not update?
Tracking does not always update daily. If the tracking status has not updated within 5–6 business days, please contact our customer service with your order number and tracking number.
I missed the delivery — what happens next?
If the courier cannot deliver, they may attempt delivery again or redirect the parcel to a nearby pickup point, depending on local carrier rules. Please check the tracking details for the next step.
The delivery address is wrong — what can I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately with your order number. If the parcel has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to update it. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible.
My parcel is being returned to sender — why?
This can happen if the address is incomplete/incorrect or if delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If the parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund according to our returns policy.
It says “Delivered”, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
- Check if it was delivered to a neighbour, reception, or a safe place (if applicable).
- Check the tracking details for any delivery notes or location info.
- If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can investigate.
When should I contact support?
- Tracking has no updates for 5–6 business days
- Status shows Delivered but you can’t locate the parcel (contact within 7 days)
- The address is wrong and the parcel is not dispatched yet
- Your tracking shows Returned to sender or Delivery exception
