Returns & Refunds Policy

We keep returns simple and clear.

30-Day Free Returns (Our Store Policy)

  • You can return your order within 30 days from the day it’s delivered.
  • Return shipping is free for returns requested within 30 days (where prepaid labels are available).
  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition, including:
    • original box/packaging
    • tags (if applicable)
    • any included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards/documents (paper or digital)

Refunds (14 Days)

  • Your refund will be completed within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned item(s).
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If something arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@myalpins.com.

How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Select the order you want to return
  4. Click Return Order
  5. Choose the item(s) and the reason
  6. Submit your return request

After approval, we’ll email you return instructions and a prepaid return label (where available).

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To use your withdrawal right, email a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to: support@myalpins.com.

We will send you return instructions.

  • We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.
  • The refund will be completed within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned item(s).
  • To meet the withdrawal deadline, it’s enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
